Previously, I was using an analog tape system that made finding specific recordings almost impossible and listening to recorded calls was absolute torture. Since using the Xtension Recorders and Call Manager I no longer dread reviewing calls or customer relations coaching with my staff. The Call Manager software is easy to figure out and begin using right away. The online training session you arranged with Comvurgent has made Call Manager an even more productive tool.

Most of the digital recording systems on the web were far beyond my budget and would have required a telecommunications dealer to install. Your products were reasonably priced and easy for me to install and begin using immediately.

The Comvurgent Universal XtR recorder (off the Cisco phones) works great.  At $199 each they are a great solution.
