Our top-of-the-line call center monitor package, XTR Reporter Pro takes all of the XtR Call Manager and XTR Reporter features and adds our Call Grading agent Assessment module.
Built on the robust Microsoft .net framework and designed to manipulate large volumes of recordings. It's a workhorse that delivers feature rich productivity tools in a familiar, ergonomic and easy to use MS Office style interface.
You can use XtR Reporter Pro to manage calls recorded from any of the Xtension Recorder family of products. Including the Universal XtR, XtR Digital and the XtR Analog recorders.
Additional Listening features include:
- Speed Control on Playback - plays recordings faster or slower allowing a supervisor to quickly identify key areas of a conversation and capture key points of a discussion.
- Call Slice - Simple cut, paste and email of only the 'important' part of a conversation for rapid listening by others.
- Auto-Playback - Allows a Supervisor to continuously playback a list of recordings in succession.
- Random Playback - Automatic random playback from a list of calls.
- Reverse Directory Number Search - Look up the directory listing of a number using the most popular on-line directories.
Reports and Statistics Features:
A variety of reports can be compiled and printed in graphical or tabular format.
A simple 'click' on a report will allow playback of the associated recording.

Call Score Module
The Call Score Module allows a Supervisor to ‘grade’ an Agent’s performance during a sample of calls. The Scoring forms are customized by the supervisor and can be backed up and shared across a network.
XtR Call Score uses sophisticated weighting criteria to ensure that emphasis is placed on the areas most critical to your business. Questions can be scale or yes/no in nature, if a question if not applicable to the sample conversation, the weight provided that question is then redistributed to the others to ensure fair scoring.
Calls are Graded and combined to measure an agents performance over time as well as compare to others in the group with simple, easy to read graphs and charts.
