Industry standard compression = Big Advantage

You’re probably wondering how much disk space this is going to use. The recommended recording format is GSM 06.10. GSM is the telecommunications industry standard for Global System for Mobil Telecommunications. It was developed in Europe for digital cell phone compression. GSM can compress an amazing 168 hours of conversation per gigabyte.

GSM is a big advantage for our phone call recording software. Unlike low cost options that offer .WAV or MP3 we can store more recorded calls on less disk space for a larger overall cost savings. The GSM format keeps files much smaller when emailing recorded conversations.

Free Player

To make it easier for you to keep recorded calls in the GSM format we provide our Playback software for free. You can download a copy by clicking here or it is available in the download section of our web site.

If the person your sending a recorded call doesn't’t want to download the free player it is a one click procedure to convert any recording into a .WAV file. Recorded calls can then be played on any media player software.
