It's a workhorse that delivers feature rich productivity tools in a familiar, ergonomic and easy to use MS Office style interface.
You can use Call Manager Supervisor to manage calls recorded from any of the Xtension Recorder family of products. Including the Universal XtR, XtR Digital and the XtR Analog recorders.

As the entry-level package for call center monitoring, Call Manager is designed to provide the manager or supervisor with the ability to quickly and easily gain access to recorded call files. For those wanting more, XtR Reporter and XtR Reporter Pro provides more advanced playback functionality combined with Reports and Call Grading.
